Living Art

For this performance and video art piece I invited strangers to explore living in creativity on a daily basis. Taking the time to explore how and why we create and who can create(the answer to that is everyone). Art is alive and moves in and through each and every one of us and that is the intention of this piece.

This project allowed me to interact with my direct community in a way that I hadn’t before sharing conversations and connections that I would not have made without this project. Encouraging the people that I interacted with to hone their creative energy and their childlike wonder during the middle of their work day to slow down and chat with a stranger, to fingerpaint on a dress in the middle of the park.
